Overview

At PrakritiEra, we value your trust and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Since our products are food and Ayurvedic consumables, we follow a strict but simple return and refund policy.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product damaged during transit

  • Expired product received

To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable Items

  • Opened or partially used products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Products returned after 7 days of delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

  • Alternatively, you may request a replacement product instead of a refund.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at info@prakritiera.com or WhatsApp with your order details.

Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for shipping the product back unless the product was damaged/incorrect.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
