  • Free shipping on orders above ₹499; shipping fee of ₹49 applies below ₹499.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is wrong, damaged, or expired.

  • Customers must raise a request within 7 days of delivery.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 5–7 working days once approved.

  • Opened or used products are non-returnable.
